Introduction:

Dubizzle, a leading online classifieds platform in the UAE, planned a month-long  brand activation event at Zabeel Park to engage with the local community, promote  its services, and enhance brand visibility. The objective was to deliver a seamless,  engaging experience for visitors while reinforcing the brand’s dynamic and  approachable image. 

The Challenge:

Dubizzle’s activation at Zabeel Park required consistent staffing for nearly a month.  The key requirements included: 

Providing one hostess and one host throughout the activation period. 

Ensuring staff were well-presented, approachable, and capable of representing the  brand’s values. 

Managing staff attendance and performance over the extended activation period.

The Solution:

Staff Selection & Training 

We carefully selected a hostess and a host with prior experience in event activations  and brand engagement. Both were briefed on Dubizzle’s brand guidelines, event  objectives, and the importance of visitor interaction.

Event Management & Coordination 

A dedicated event supervisor coordinated staff schedules, handled attendance  tracking, and maintained real-time communication with Dubizzle’s on-site team to  promptly address any issues or adjustments.
