These terms govern your use of our website and our event staffing and brand activation services. By requesting a quote or booking our services, you accept these terms.
1. Our services
Medialinks provides event staffing and brand activation services across the UAE, including hostesses, promoters, brand ambassadors, registration staff, exhibition and conference staffing, product sampling teams, mall activation staff and event supervisors, as described on this website.
2. Quotes and proposals
- Quotes on the website (including any rate ranges) are indicative only.
- A formal written proposal is issued after we understand your event requirements.
- Proposals are valid for 14 days from the issue date unless stated otherwise.
3. Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed when you accept our written proposal and pay any advance stated in it.
- The remaining balance is payable as set out in the proposal.
- Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
- Please notify us as early as possible if your event dates change or you need to cancel.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges to cover staff already booked — as set out in your proposal.
- We will always try to reschedule your team to new dates where possible.
5. Our commitments to you
- Every team member is briefed on your brand and event before deployment.
- Supervisors provide updates during the event.
- If a team member is unavailable, we will arrange a trained backup where possible.
- Staffing proposals are normally issued within 24 hours of your enquiry.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details (date, venue, timings, headcount needed).
- Ensure our staff have reasonable venue access and a point of contact on the day.
- Obtain any venue or mall permissions your event requires, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
Our liability for any booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from your event.
8. Website content
All text, images and logos on this website belong to Medialinks (or our licensors) and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai, UAE.
